Terms of Service

The rules for using onedash, plain-English where possible, precise where it needs to be.

01Definitions

• onedash, the operational dashboard hosted at onedash.io, including its API and admin panel
• Account, an owner or team-member login you create or receive
• Hub, a tenant workspace containing an owner's stores, team members and data
• Customer, you, the person or organization using onedash
• Customer Data, everything you enter, upload or connect via API
• Fees, any charges for a subscription tier (once billing goes live)

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your Account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Owner accounts are created after admin review of your sign-up request. Team members are created by their owner from within the dashboard.

03The service

onedash gives Shopify operators one screen to run their entire operation: live profit, orders, complaints, supply chain, product research, SOPs, size charts and team payroll. Features may change, be added or removed. We'll flag material changes in-app.

Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may be modified or removed at any time.

04Fees and billing

onedash is currently free while we build. Once paid tiers launch, we'll notify Customers at least 30 days before charges begin. You can cancel any time. Fees paid for a period are non-refundable except where required by law.

05Acceptable use

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape onedash beyond what the API allows
• Use onedash to send spam, phish, or violate any law
• Share your credentials or resell the service without written permission
• Attempt to bypass tenant isolation or access data of another hub
• Overload the service with malicious or non-representative traffic

Fair use of automated features. Features described as unlimited, including automated support reply drafting, are unlimited within normal use for a single store operation. If your usage is extreme relative to comparable operations, or appears automated or abusive rather than driven by real customer traffic, we may contact you to discuss a suitable plan or temporarily limit the feature. We will always reach out before limiting anything on a paid account.

06Your data

Customer Data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it solely to run the service for you. We act as processor for Customer Data pulled from Shopify, Meta and other ad platforms, your platform Terms with those providers continue to apply.

07Third-party services

onedash depends on Shopify, Meta Marketing API and (soon) Google Ads and Pinterest Ads. If those services change or restrict access, onedash may be limited or unavailable. Their terms apply when you connect them.

08Intellectual property

onedash, its code, design and documentation are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse the codebase, UI or content beyond your own use of the service.

09Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other party's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these terms.

10Warranties and disclaimers

We'll take reasonable care to keep onedash working, but the service is provided "as-is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Profit calculations, KPIs and reports are based on the data available at the time, you're responsible for verifying critical business decisions.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits.

12Indemnification

You'll defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

13Termination

Either party may terminate for any reason on 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms or where required to protect the service.

On termination we'll delete your Account and all associated data. You may request an export within 30 days of termination.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before starting proceedings.

15Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as onedash grows. Material updates are communicated at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
