Cookies

The short version: onedash uses browser storage only for what's strictly necessary, no tracking, no ads, no third parties.

01What we use

onedash does not set third-party cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. In the application we use browser localStorage, technically not a cookie, but treated the same under most regulations, to keep you signed in.

ItemPurposeWhereLifetime
ds_token Keeps you signed in localStorage (your browser only) 2 hours idle, or 30 days with "Remember me"
ds_role Renders the correct role-based UI localStorage Same as ds_token
ds_name Displays your name in the header localStorage Same as ds_token
ds_privacy Remembers your privacy-mode toggle localStorage Until you clear it

02What we don't use

No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No fingerprinting.

03Clearing your storage

Sign out from the app to clear ds_token, ds_role and ds_name. To wipe everything, clear localStorage for onedash.io in your browser settings, this signs you out and forgets your privacy-mode preference.

04Third-party services

When onedash makes API calls to Shopify, Meta, Google or Pinterest on your behalf, those services may set their own cookies in your session with them, governed by their own policies. onedash never receives those cookies.

05Changes

If we ever add anything beyond what's listed above, we'll update this page and flag it in the app. For details on how we handle your data more broadly, see the Privacy Policy.
